We design AI for aviation.
Nodyt is an independent aviation product-development initiative focused on designing practical software for safety, flight operations, training, and operational decision-making — built from firsthand aviation experience and developed around the workflows, risks, and information needs of the people who operate within the industry.
BUILT FROM AVIATION EXPERIENCE. ENGINEERED FOR REAL OPERATIONS.
Capabilities
Software designed
from inside the operation.
Aviation software must do more than store information. It must reflect how pilots, controllers, instructors, safety teams, maintenance personnel, school administrators, and operational leaders actually work.
Nodyt combines aviation-domain knowledge, systems engineering, software development, and carefully integrated artificial intelligence to build products around real operational needs. We begin with the operation, not with the technology.

Aviation products developed through Nodyt
Three products.
One consistent approach.
Samaria
AI-Enabled Aviation Safety Management System
A digital Safety Management System built for Latin American aviation regulation — safety reporting, risk management, investigations, and AI-assisted analysis, with final decisions kept human-led.
Learn moreAskronos
Digital Pilot Logbook and Flight-School Operations
A multi-tenant platform connecting pilot records, training progress, instructor activity, and school administration in one operational system.
Learn moreZefyrio
Aviation and Drone Weather Intelligence
Operational weather intelligence for drone pilots and aviation users — METAR, TAF, NOTAM, and AI-assisted GO / NO-GO decision support.

Built around aviation,
not adapted to it later.
Many software products begin with technology and later attempt to adapt to aviation. Nodyt follows the opposite approach: products begin with firsthand understanding of the operational environment, the people involved, the decisions they make, and the risks they manage — translated afterward into business logic, workflows, architecture, and interfaces.
- 01
Aviation-domain knowledge
Products are designed with practical knowledge of air traffic control, meteorology, flight operations, aircraft maintenance, pilot training, Safety Management Systems, and aerospace quality processes.
- 02
Full product-cycle execution
Each product is developed from operational problem discovery through requirements, architecture, interface design, implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- 03
AI integrated with purpose
Artificial intelligence is integrated where it creates meaningful operational value — contextual analysis, information retrieval, classification, workflow assistance, and decision support.
- 04
Human-led safety decisions
AI supports the user. It does not replace operational responsibility, regulatory accountability, professional judgment, or final safety decisions.
How we build
From operational problem
to working product.
A repeatable process, not a one-off sprint — the same six steps behind Samaria, Askronos, and Zefyrio.
- 01 Understand the operation
- 02 Model the workflow
- 03 Define the product
- 04 Design the architecture
- 05 Build and iterate
- 06 Deploy and validate
About Nodyt
Why Nodyt
was created.
Nodyt began as an independent product-development initiative created to transform recurring aviation problems into practical software — built from decades of firsthand aviation experience combined with systems engineering and applied AI. It focuses on developing and validating specialized products, not operating as a large commercial software organization.

Led by aviation
experience.
Nodyt products are designed and developed by César Matta — a Systems Engineer, Aviation Software Product Engineer, and FAA Private Pilot with nearly 30 years of aviation experience, including 24 years in the Colombian Air Force across air traffic control, meteorology, maintenance, and Safety Management Systems.

Outside our own products, Nodyt builds custom AI for companies — from small businesses to enterprises: automation, agents and decision systems, engineered to the same standard as everything above.
Get in touch
Let's discuss
aviation technology.
Nodyt is open to conversations with aviation organizations, technology companies, product teams, operational experts, and potential design partners interested in improving aviation systems through domain-driven software. Whether the goal is product collaboration, technical integration, operational validation, or aviation-software development — the conversation begins with understanding the problem.
